Ulteig is seeking a Project Manager for Automation, Integration, and System Protection Projects focused on Plant SCADA. As the leader of the project team, you will manage day-to-day execution in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with project contracts for medium-to-large projects. The Project Manager will oversee the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and close-out of complex, multi-discipline projects, requiring strong leadership to navigate and resolve cross-functional challenges.

What You’ll Do: - Provide strategic project management leadership for large and complex projects. - Lead medium-to-large engineering projects from initiation through close-out for Plant SCADA. - Manage all aspects of project execution: scope, stakeholder management, schedule, budget, and quality; lead internal and external project meetings and problem-solving sessions. - Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations; secure resources as needed. - Analyze problems, identify alternatives, and implement recommendations to support scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
