Product Manager needed to define and build AI-powered healthcare products in the United States. You will own product direction across patient-facing experiences and AI-powered workflow solutions, working closely with engineering, design, clinicians, and operational teams to deliver safe, high-quality products that improve patient experiences. This role requires hands-on leadership to take products from 0-to-1, including customer discovery, problem validation, MVP development, prioritization, launch, and iteration, while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations. You will translate insights from users, clinicians, and stakeholders into clear product strategies and actionable requirements, and make data-driven decisions using business cases and feasibility analyses. Experience in AI product development and healthcare environments—especially familiarity with workflows such as pharmacy operations, prior authorization, revenue cycle, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, FHIR)—is highly valuable. A founder or early-stage product builder background is a strong asset.
