Senior Frontend Engineer (React) is needed to own React architecture and deliver high-quality, scalable user experiences. You will serve as the technical authority for frontend development, shape component systems, UI patterns, and engineering standards, while mentoring engineers and guiding offshore teams. You will collaborate with product, UX, backend engineering, and architecture to build enterprise-grade applications. Your work will impact platform reliability, usability, security, and delivery speed across critical workflows. This is a fully remote position in the United States with occasional travel to client offices as needed. Requirements include 6–8+ years of frontend development with at least 4 years of React experience, leadership experience, and the ability to translate UX/UI designs into production-ready applications, plus familiarity with AI coding assistants, RBAC and authentication, REST APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing.
