Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a Regional Foodservice Sales Manager to join our team in the Southwest Region. This is a remote position with extensive travel. The role focuses on foodservice sales for assigned accounts, coordinating with local broker networks, and managing sales forecasting, pricing, accruals, rebates, billbacks, and deductions, as well as product transitions, private label development, and new item launches. The Regional Sales Manager will work from a home office and travel frequently within the Southwest region and occasionally across the United States. Key responsibilities include driving growth across national and regional foodservice accounts, aligning execution with PCP’s strategic goals, using market insights to build compelling proposals and presentations, identifying product gaps, and securing customer buy-in for PCP programs. Travel is required to visit key markets and build client relationships. Qualifications include at least five years of experience in foodservice sales, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent sales experience), proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage work and travel, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
