Technical Support Representative is a full-time position in Columbus, Indiana with remote work options for a full-service ISP. Responsibilities include owning customer support issues end-to-end, handling initial and follow-up calls, advising and documenting actions, and troubleshooting connectivity and hosting services. You will support and troubleshoot broadband connectivity (DSL, SDSL, IDSL, T1, FTTH), hosted domains, DNS, VPS, and Business and Residential VoIP services, as well as assist with billing inquiries. The role requires maintaining quality and performance metrics and may involve assisting with new account follow-ups. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred); Windows and iOS experience (preferred, 1 year each); strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile OS; solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, hosting, and LAN/WAN concepts; familiarity with fiber optics is a plus; excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism; flexible shift availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends). Language skills: Spanish and Korean preferred. Shift availability: Day and Night shifts; core business hours Pacific Time may apply; role may be performed from another U.S. time zone with possible meetings up to 3:00–4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
