Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer — VideoAmp — Remote, United States. The AI Infrastructure team designs and operates production-grade agentic workflows that connect VideoAmp's platform APIs with AI-powered customer experiences. About the role

Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer — VideoAmp — Remote, United States. The AI Infrastructure team designs and operates production-grade agentic workflows that connect VideoAmp's platform APIs with AI-powered customer experiences. This is an individual contributor role at the intersection of LLM infrastructure, API design, production reliability, and developer enablement. You will architect and own production-critical systems serving live customers, contribute to evaluation-driven development, and help scale the agentic platform for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

Own multi-tenant tool layers, implement multi-tenant isolation, rate limiting, and caller attribution for MCP tools.
Extend A2A interfaces to enable agents to invoke other agents and support new initiatives.
Build and maintain durable agent runtimes, including long-running execution, task lifecycle management, and failure recovery.
Lead evaluation-driven development with golden scenario suites, automated CI/CD evaluation pipelines, and regression detection across workflows.
Implement progressive discovery strategies for context, tools, agents, and skills, using deferred loading, search, categorization, and semantic filtering.
Design the agent harness and orchestration loop with isolated context, shared memory, and multi-agent coordination.
Drive production rollouts for new agentic capabilities and participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and reliability improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote API-first designs that serve both programmatic and agentic users.
