Position: Scrum Master / Agile Coach (H/F) – On-site in Marseille, France. Responsibilities: Operational coaching for DCO teams: guide and support teams in applying Scrum, identify and remove obstacles, promote self-organization and accountability, and help teams continuously improve their processes and performance. Jira administration: configure and administer Jira; create and configure projects and Jira boards; implement workflows; train teams on Jira usage. Confluence spaces: create dedicated Confluence spaces for each team; define and implement a clear information structure; support documentation, information sharing and collaboration. Agile ceremonies: plan, facilitate and run Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective; ensure adherence to the Agile framework and timeboxing; encourage participation and contribution from all team members; help teams extract lessons from retrospectives and implement improvement actions; monitor progress with Burndown/Burnup charts. Facilitation and coaching: act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts and issues; coach team members on Agile principles and practices and on their professional development; foster open and transparent communication. Qualifications: Higher education (BAC+5) with significant experience as Scrum Master
