As a NetSuite Delivery Manager, you will manage strategic NetSuite implementations for high-growth companies across a variety of industries, delivering end-to-end ERP projects.
Location and work arrangement: - Remote-first position for US- or Canada-based candidates with the ability to travel for on-site client needs.
What you’ll do: - Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, driving full lifecycle delivery of ERP projects. - Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction. - Oversee project governance, risk management, and quality assurance; serve as primary escalation point for executive leadership. - Align resources, milestones, and project artifacts; lead Steering Committee meetings and maintain executive alignment. - Manage budgets, burn rates, and change orders to reflect evolving project scopes. - Provide strategic consulting: understand client goals, define requirements, and map them to technology roadmaps beyond NetSuite. - Design and present future-state processes, applying industry best practices to drive operational efficiencies and automation. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery strategy and methodology improvements.
Qualifications (Required): - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 5+ years of pr
