Patria's Defence and Weapon Systems business area is seeking a Production Engineering Manager to build and lead the Production Engineering function and ensure that new products transition to production efficiently, with high quality and controlled development. The role will strengthen production and product development collaboration across our Hämeenlinna and Tampere sites. As Production Engineering Manager, you will lead the Production Engineering team and oversee manufacturability, production capacity, and manufacturing solutions across the product lifecycle. You will support the start-up of new products, develop manufacturing methods, and ensure production considerations are integrated early in product development. The role sits at the interface between production and development, requiring strong technical proficiency and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
