Account Manager – United Kingdom (Remote)

We are seeking an Account Manager based in the United Kingdom for a remote-first role to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across Europe. In this position you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their solutions while identifying opportunities to expand their use of products and services. You will work in a collaborative, remote-first environment with consulting, sales and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
Lead regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, discuss strategic objectives, and identify future opportunities.
Respond to customer requests related to product enhancements, additional users, upgrades, service offerings, and contract amendments.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations remotely and, when required, in person to showcase new capabilities and solutions.
Collaborate closely with consulting and commercial teams to uncover new sales opportunities and deliver tailored customer solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, forecasts, and account information within the CRM system.
Develop relationships with strategic partners and support regional business development initiatives, including industry events, conferences, and custome
