This role extends Windchill’s behavior through services, listeners, processors, and a robust customization layer, while ensuring upgrade-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will bring strong Java fundamentals, deep knowledge of Windchill platform internals, and a disciplined, performance-oriented engineering approach. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions and you will contribute to code and design reviews and mentorship of junior engineers.
