About the role

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Container Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. You will own the end-to-end platform lifecycle—from cluster provisioning and hardening to workload onboarding, developer enablement, and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate possesses deep OpenShift and Kubernetes internals knowledge, strong Linux fundamentals, and a security-first mindset, and will partner with application teams, security engineers, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver a stable, secure, and developer-friendly container platform.

Responsibilities

Architect, provision, and operate OpenShift clusters across on-premises, virtualization, and major cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Design multi-tenant OpenShift platforms with project isolation, network policies, quotas, RBAC, and security context constraints.
Automate cluster lifecycle with OpenShift installer, GitOps tooling (Argo CD/OpenShift GitOps), and IaC frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
Onboard development teams with self-service patterns, templates, CI/CD integrations, and documentation.
Manage OpenShift networking (SDN/OVN-Kubernetes, ingress, routes), firewall and load balancer integration.
Implement storage strategies (block/file/object) with OpenShift Data Foundation and external storage integration.
Establish monitoring, logging, and tracing using the OpenShift observability stack and integrate with enterprise SIEM and APM
