HR Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the HR department and performs HR duties including employee relations; policy interpretation and application; performance management; and talent management. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-service oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects. The HR Generalist must interpret and communicate organizational HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws while fostering a culture of positive employee engagement.

The HR Generalist must interpret and communicate organizational HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws while fostering a culture of positive employee engagement.
Essential Functions - Interprets and provides guidance on HR policies and procedures for employees and management. - Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on employee relations issues, policy interpretation/application, and equitable treatment of employees. - Assists employees with day-to-day HR issues and resolves them. - Leads investigations and provides recommendations to leadership on resolution. - Assists employees with the ADA process and provides guidance to leadership. - Reviews and maintains job descriptions. - Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; supports audits and reporting requirements. - Assists with policy updates and handbook maintenance. - Promotes employee engagement initiatives. - All other duties as assigned.
