This role will build infrastructure and reusable frameworks to ensure reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance, while collaborating with AI, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will design and optimize data models, data pipelines, and storage for video metadata, analytics, and real-time search, and will ensure production reliability, observability, and performance using industry best practices. Participation in architectural design, code reviews, and engineering process improvements is expected. Qualifications include a bachelor's/master's/PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ / 7+ / 6+ years of software engineering respectively; strong backend skills in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js; experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design; cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); Docker and Kubernetes; MongoDB; CI/CD and Git; proficiency in Go; experience with AI-powered platforms, computer vision or LLM agents; familiarity with video streaming, media processing, or real-time analytics; and experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
