The role focuses on email marketing, SMS, CRM, and other customer lifecycle strategies, with additional emphasis on supporting Burton’s loyalty program. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in strategy, automation, segmentation, personalization, content, and data-driven campaign optimization, with a passion for authentic storytelling through email and SMS. You will develop and execute retention strategies to improve lifetime value, reduce churn, and build long-term customer connections.
