Responsibilities

Qualifications: Profile:

Participate in technical design discussions with the tech lead and development team
Develop and execute unit tests for changes, following the defined design
Adhere to company development standards
Work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
Collaborate with the agile technical lead on design tasks
Analyze existing systems to identify gaps and propose solutions to incidents and malfunctions
Update technical and functional documentation as needed
Identify improvement areas and define corrective actions
Propose and implement solutions to improve code quality, reliability, and efficiency
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and refinement sessions across the full product lifecycle (exploration, build, deploy)
