We are seeking a Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market team in France. This Paris-based, remote-first role requires native French fluency and will shape a high-performing team across France.

Responsibilities

Own the performance and development of a team of Mid-Market Account Executives across France, holding reps to pipeline targets, activity standards, and forecast hygiene through structured weekly operating rhythms.
Coach each rep individually, adapting your approach to their development stage—from territory planning and discovery calls to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Build and sustain a predictable outbound pipeline engine, set rep-level generation targets, run weekly pipe reviews, and diagnose coverage gaps before quarter-end pressures arise.
Join key deals alongside your reps as a coach and closer when needed, ensuring rigorous qualification and steady progress through the sales cycle.
Partner with the Director, Sales Engineering, ADR leadership, and Marketing to align on territory strategy, resource deployment, and cross-functional execution, translating broader priorities into daily team practice.
Hire and onboard exceptional talent, conducting rigorous assessments and building a bench to raise the team’s standard over time.
