We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our development team in a collaborative, distributed environment. In this role you will test new features, product enhancements and fixes across the Allego platform and related products. Our ambitious roadmap leverages cutting-edge technologies to deliver exciting new features. As part of an Agile team, you will participate from sprint kickoff to reporting bugs and everything in between, making a real difference to the team's ongoing success. About you: you are curious and proactive, you take ownership of your work, and you learn quickly with minimal guidance; you know when to ask a well-targeted question. You manage your own workload, treat documentation gaps as issues to fix, and see every ticket as a chance to sharpen your craft. Knowledge and experience: 1+ years QA experience in a SaaS environment; ability to create and manage all testware (test cases, cycles, data); familiarity with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams; experience with Jira / Test Management Systems / Google Workspace; experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications; knowledge of security best practices for a SaaS platform; knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce / MS Dynamics) is beneficial; automation experience or understanding of tools such as Jenkins / WebdriverIO / BrowserStack is beneficial but not esse
