FLEX Market Recruiter, Luxury is a one-year, full-time remote position within Marriott International's Talent Acquisition organization, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Candidate Profile Required: BA/BS degree with 4+ years of professional experience OR 8+ years of professional experience; knowledge of recruiting, labor market trends, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence; ability to leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies; experience negotiating offers and guiding candidates through the process. Preferred: Recruiting experience in an agency or highly matrixed environment.
Core Activities - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR partners; use market intelligence, compensation insights, and recruiting metrics to inform decisions. - Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines with Talent Sourcing Specialists; align on candidate profiles, referrals, and interview strategies. - Screen and assess candidates via resume reviews, phone interviews, and evaluations; coordinate interviews; facilitate offers in partnership with coordinators. - Maintain strong relationships with candidates
