Key responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of launching payment products that cross multiple teams and disciplines - Define program roadmaps and milestones, set priorities, manage trade-offs, identify and manage critical path and risks, ensuring alignment with business goals - Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical across the business to ensure alignment and speed of delivery - Manage dependencies, timelines and sequencing of delivery - Drive effective decision making to remove blockers and speed up delivery - Ensure operational effectiveness across your collective/area
What you should have: - 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products from inception to launch - Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership - Comfort in a global business with presence in multiple markets and a desire to scale further - Experience working with diverse teams and working styles, with the abi
