OSB Group is building a greenfield digital bank and is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Design & Research team within Transformation. You will design and deliver end-to-end digital experiences across OSB Group’s website journeys, spanning both customer-facing marketing experiences and more complex digital interactions. This hands-on design role covers the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research to analytics, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery. You will use customer insights and behavioural analytics to inform design decisions, creating intuitive, accessible, and customer-centred experiences that support both user needs and business objectives. Based in Wolverhampton, Chatham, or London, you will operate under a hybrid policy of three days in the office and two days working from home, with some travel between UK offices.
