We are seeking a German- and English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an established international company. You will be part of the Platinum Team supporting premium customers of a leading Swiss telecommunications provider. This is not traditional first-level support; you will accompany customers from their initial question to resolution, assisting with technical issues, billing questions, and the selection of suitable products.

After a Welcome Day in Lisbon, you will work fully remote within Portugal.

Responsibilities

Candidate profile:

Handle German- and English-speaking Platinum customers by phone.
Answer questions about Internet, mobile, TV, roaming, and invoices.
Analyze customer inquiries and independently find appropriate solutions.
Take ownership of each case without unnecessary handoffs.
Identify additional needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Use multiple internal systems and carefully document customer contacts.
For complex cases, receive direct support from experienced technical colleagues.
This position is inbound-only; there is no cold-calling.
Very good German language skills; English at least B2.
Some experience in customer service, call centers, or phone-based customer contact.
Enjoy advising, problem solving, and occasional upselling.
Comfortable using computers and multitasking across several programs.
Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
Empathy and calm under pressure, even when a customer is unhappy.
