Set a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews, including evaluation of AI-generated code and patterns. Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI-first development practices. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build integrated solutions. Improve engineering processes by embedding automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows into planning and execution. Build services with high availability and low latency for a mission-critical environment. Leverage AI systems to optimize performance, observability, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of professional software development experience. Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (Angular, React). Strong experience with Webpack and building/bundling tools. Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma). Strong experience in optimizing web application performance (code splitting, lazy loading, reducing Time to Intera
