This on-site Scrum Master role in Boulder, Colorado focuses on low-latency data processing, fusion, and tracking algorithms used to exploit remote sensing systems. The successful candidate will lead and manage scrum activities for two engineering teams developing products for the U.S. Government, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination. Essential duties include coordinating sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, coaching teams in Agile frameworks, facilitating communication with customers and product owners, removing obstacles, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and guiding teams toward higher scrum maturity. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (STEM or Business preferred), Scrum Master Certification, and 5+ years of DoD or government-contract experience, plus 3+ years of leading software product teams.
