The Financial Analyst – BFM provides business financial management support to the AUKUS program, using ERP, NEPS, and other financial systems to obtain, manage, and present financial data, assess program resource posture, and support budgeting and procurement planning across multiple appropriations (e.g., FMS, OPN, OMN).

Key Responsibilities: - Lead PPBE activities across multiple funding lines and fiscal years. - Apply in-depth knowledge of PPBE and non-PPBE processes to develop financial strategies, plan budgets, justify funding, and execute across multiple appropriations. - Manage and track FMS, OPN, and OMN appropriations. - Execute funding documents in N-ERP and provide oversight for junior team members. - Provide leadership and direction to junior analysts, including tasking, prioritization, and quality review of work products. - Independently translate guidance from senior leadership into actionable tasks and deliverables. - Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Develop and deliver clear financial reports and briefings for senior leadership. - Perform risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate financial and programmatic risks. - Integrate and reconcile data from multiple financial systems and sources (NEPS, N-ERP, MISIL, COBRA, PBIS, etc.). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Division Directors, Contracts, Acquisition, Technical, and Logistics.
