Soho House is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager based in Los Angeles to lead two key Instagram channels: a private, members-only channel for Soho House LA and Cecconi's, our global Italian restaurant brand. This hands-on role requires a passion for social media, speed, and storytelling. You will own both channels end-to-end—from content creation and copywriting to community management, reporting, and content planning—working with teams across Los Angeles and internationally. The role reports to the Global Head of Social (UK) and collaborates with Membership, Operations, Events, and Marketing teams.

SOHO HOUSE LA MEMBERS CHANNEL: In July, Soho House launched a private Instagram account for Los Angeles members to showcase local offerings, events, menus, openings, collaborations, and member updates. You will shape its voice, grow engagement, and produce content members want to follow. Responsibilities include day-to-day management, creating social-first content across Houses and events, developing creative ideas, producing Reels, Stories and feed content, writing local copy, building relationships with internal teams, managing DMs and comments, and monitoring performance with regular reporting and recommendations.
CECCONI’S CHANNEL: Lead the global Instagram presence for Cecconi's from strategy to execution. Work with restaurant teams around the world to showcase location-by-location personalities while maintaining a cohesive global brand. Responsibilities include managing the global account end-to-end, planning and maintaining the content calendar, coordinating shoot
