You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to ensure customers achieve secure software outcomes and maximize their investment in Veracode’s Application Risk Management platform. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, conducting executive business reviews, advising on application security best practices (DevSecOps, Secure SDLC), and mentoring Customer Success team members. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management; proven experience managing large enterprise relationships; strong executive communication; Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred; knowledge of SaaS, cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or Secure SDLC.
