Key Responsibilities: - Lead, develop, and implement a comprehensive Information Security and Cybersecurity Program (ISP) for the Bank. - Ensure ISP compliance with applicable information security, cybersecurity, and privacy regulations. - Establish and oversee processes for user access approvals, with periodic documented compliance and exception reporting. - Provide strategic direction to protect bank and client information by evaluating infrastructure and recommending changes to mitigate internal and external threats. - Develop, implement, and oversee information security and cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures; collaborate with MIS Manager and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) or Senior Risk Officer (SRO) to ensure ISP compliance. - Manage cybersecurity risks associated with emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and hybrid-cloud deployments. - Prepare and present reports to the Board and Management on ISP and cybersecurity matters. - Investigate security incidents with the SRO or CRO and MIS Manager as appropriate. - Implement and coordinate the Incident Response Program and reporting with the SRO or CRO. - Update and maintain the Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Program (CRI) and the Information Security Self-Assessment, including updates for ne
