The Senior HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR activities and serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers, handling employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS administration, compliance, performance management, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR questions and guidance on company policies, workplace practices, performance concerns, and employee relations matters - Leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern HR technologies to streamline case management, optimize talent workflows, and scale daily operations - Advising managers on employee documentation, coaching, corrective action, performance management, and consistent policy application - Processing personnel actions (promotions, transfers, compensation changes, manager changes, location changes, employment status changes) - Administering health and welfare benefit programs, including enrollments, life events, dependent changes, eligibility questions, claim escalations, and payroll deductions; reconciling carrier invoices and coordinating with employees, brokers, carriers, payroll, and third-party administrators - Leading benefits renew
