Human Interest is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Product & Engineering and Customer Support. This role acts as a strategic financial partner, building forward-looking models and interactive dashboards that guide product and customer strategies, and supporting company-wide initiatives such as the Monthly Business Review and churn/retention reporting. You will architect Customer Support capacity planning, partner with Support and Product leadership to translate operational drivers into headcount and resource plans, and lead forecasting, budget-to-actual analysis, and monthly close for CS & IT. You will own the analytics around SaaS retention and key CS metrics, design real-time dashboards, and drive visibility into costs and forecasts. You will work to optimize Cost of Revenue and IT spend with major software vendors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment, strong modeling and communication skills, and proficiency with SQL. Nice-to-haves include Python for data analysis, experience with customer support, IT, or product/engineering partnerships, familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt), and remote-work experience. This is a remote-friendly role based in the United States, with a base salary range of $140,000–$170,000 plus additional compensation components.
