We are seeking an Engineering Manager, Cloud to lead Brain Corp's Cloud Platform team. This hands-on leadership role owns the platform’s reliability, roadmap, and architectural direction, with the authority to grow the team and drive the Cloud Platform as a product that other teams depend on. You’ll stay close to the technology to make sound architectural decisions while mentoring engineers and partnering with Platform leadership on strategy. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of cloud engineers; foster ownership, accountability, and high-quality delivery. Own hiring, onboarding, ramp-to-impact, and the growth of technical leadership within the Cloud Platform group. Drive roadmap execution, sprint planning, and on-time delivery of cloud platform capabilities across robot and customer-facing interfaces. Define architecture and policy for reliable, scalable cloud services; manage production reliability, on-call rotations, and incident response.
