Overview Link Snacks, the No. 1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide, is seeking a commercially driven Regional Key Account Manager to accelerate growth in Germany. The role is hybrid with an office in Dusseldorf, reporting to the Group KAM EDEKA. Our global EMEA team works to expand branded protein snacks across Europe and beyond. Our HQ is located in Amsterdam, and the business operates across Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Regional Key Account Manager
Overview Link Snacks, the No. 1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide, is seeking a commercially driven Regional Key Account Manager to accelerate growth in Germany. The role is hybrid with an office in Dusseldorf, reporting to the Group KAM EDEKA. Our global EMEA team works to expand branded protein snacks across Europe and beyond. Our HQ is located in Amsterdam, and the business operates across Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities - Define and execute business opportunities to build profitable sales growth (value, profit, and volume) and market share in the German market by developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and targets. - Successfully launch product lines focusing on Edeka, both nationally and regionally, for BiFi and Jack Link’s brands. - Develop and maintain strong relationships within the Edeka retail channel, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with Field Force to implement the sales strategy and execution at point of sale. - Work closely with Operations, Finance, Trade Marketing, Logistics, Category Management, and Customer Service to ensure financial and commercial targets are achieved. - Contribute to business plans using a category approach to drive growth; identify and pursue new opportunities within existing and potential accounts. - Lead regional negotiations on pricing and terms to ensure profitable outcomes; support the Group Account Manager in national negotiations. - Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor a
