Lead Software Developer (.NET) – Construction Operations in Belgrade, Serbia. You will be part of Acumatica’s Construction Operations team, contributing to large-scale, production-grade cloud-based ERP, CRM, and related web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MS SQL Server) for customers worldwide. Responsibilities include designing and developing business applications and customizations, building data access and business logic layers, researching and prototyping ERP modules with new technologies, supporting and refactoring existing code, debugging and improving functionality, and collaborating with development partners on architecture and code reviews. You will mentor and guide developers in Acumatica’s development network and promote the xRP framework. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, MS SQL Server, strong SQL query skills, Git, understanding of software design patterns, and experience with ERP/financial/supply chain/CRM or other business-management software. You should be comfortable working directly with customers to gather feedback and solve problems, enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing, and be fluent in English.
