Role overview: As a Working Student in IT Help Desk & End-User Support at Assecor, you will assist our clients with software-related questions and help users maximize the value of our solutions. You will interact with users by phone and email and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
What you will do: - Assist users with questions about our software via phone and email. - Help users leverage the features of our software effectively. - Answer inquiries in a friendly, clear, and solution-oriented manner. - Escalate more complex topics to specialist or development teams. - Document common questions and contribute to improving our support materials.
