Responsibilities - Lead the technical direction of a modern frontend design system and component library used across large-scale customer applications. - Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components prioritizing performance, accessibility, and responsive design. - Define frontend architecture, standards, and component APIs to enable scalable adoption across multiple product teams. - Build internal tooling, automation frameworks, migration utilities, and developer workflows to simplify large-scale implementation. - Develop AI-powered coding tools and automation to improve engineering productivity and software quality. - Establish accessibility standards and reusable interaction patterns to support diverse user needs. - Partner with Product Managers, UX designers, and engineering leadership to align technical direction with long-term product strategy. - Mentor senior and staff engineers, promote frontend engineering excellence, and influence technical strategy while maintaining hands-on coding presence.
