Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of commensurate experience
- Knowledge of urban school-based programs and/or Outward Bound; at least two years supervising employees; at least three years in program management
- Passion for social justice, environmental stewardship, climate responsiveness, and outdoor education; ability to work in dynamic environments
- Supervisory experience in a youth employment program required
- Spanish language skills a plus; Prof
