- Cybersecurity experience.
- 3+ years with PostgreSQL; 3+ years with Elasticsearch or NoSQL databases.
- 3+ years in a microservices architecture.
- Strong Rust expertise.
- Experience integrating with third-party devices and data providers.
- Experience applying AI tools, models, or services in development workflows.
- Experience building distributed systems at scale with reliability focus.
- Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures familiarity.
- Docker/containerization experience.
- Observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana).
- CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (Terraform).
- Secure coding practices; information security-focused products.
- Experience with Kotlin, Go, or Python in production.
- Mentoring or leading technical initiatives.
