Responsibilities

• Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and occasionally phone calls in English.
• Provide consultations regarding Edge Cloud products and services.
• Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues, gather incident details, and escalate to higher levels of support when needed.
• Identify patterns and trends in technical issues; share knowledge to improve overall support capabilities.
• Ensure timely, effective solutions while minimizing impact on customers' operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Technical Support experience
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute)
• Hardware/software diagnostics experience (reading logs, etc.)
• Linux (Ubuntu or CentOS) hands-on
• Hands-on experience with API
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana
• Excellent customer advocacy, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner, organized, team player, able to prioritize tasks
• Experience with SQL
• OpenStack or other open-source cloud infrastructure familiarity
• ITIL best practices
• Work two consecutive night shifts, followed by two days off; night shift 19:00–07:00 local time (12 hours, including a 1-hour break)
