Talent Rocket revolutionizes the legal job market with an innovative career platform that connects top talent with leading employers. In this role you will build on the backend powering the platform, collaborating directly with the founders, CTO and Head of Product. No ticket queues, no long approval processes. Your responsibilities include building and shipping features from idea to deployment, delivering backend data analytics via reports, Tableau, and Salesforce, and understanding customer problems before you build.

Stack: Frontend: TypeScript (Angular) Backend: Golang (Gin Gonic), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Tableau Infra: Digital Ocean

You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a technology-management program, or you have equivalent practical experience. You have solid programming foundations and something to show (a repo, side project, or shipped tool). Proficiency with SQL and experience with Tableau is a plus. You have working knowledge of RESTful APIs and how front-end applications interact with back-end services; exposure to TypeScript and Angular helps but is not required. You are comfortable with Git and understand branching and PR workflows. You use AI tools to boost your workflow and can discern when not to rely on them. You combine strong coding fundamentals with curiosity, ambition, and the drive to grow quickly in a high-performance environment. You take ownership rather than waiting for precise instructions. You can commit 15–20 hours per week and stay with us for at least two semesters.
