In this role you will design, build, and manage Windows-based platforms, automate platform administration, and take ownership of the full Plan–Build–Run lifecycle. You will collaborate with clients to translate their questions into robust technical solutions, automate operations through scripting and configuration management, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Responsibilities include automating platform management, delivering platform migrations and upgrades, and solving complex issues across OS, network, database, security, and applications. Required experience includes Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, SQL Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure public cloud and/or Azure Stack HCI/Hyper-V, SCCM, Storage Spaces Direct, IDM/PAM, networking, basic Linux, Git, CI/CD, security principles, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. You should be a T-shaped engineer with depth and breadth, automation-driven, pragmatic, and collaborative, and capable of taking ownership in a high-trust engineering culture.
