Join Free as a UX/UI Designer apprentice in the Vitrine team within the Digital division in Paris. You will design and optimize the showcase pages of Free’s site with a mobile-first approach, supporting user understanding and conversion. You will work under the supervision of a Product Designer and mentor, in a team comprising a Product Owner, a Product Designer, and developers. Your daily responsibilities include: designing user interfaces; creating mobile-first mockups for the showcase pages; ensuring a smooth, accessible, and coherent user experience; contributing to UX research and co-design workshops. Develop the Design System by creating and evolving reusable components in Figma; collaborate with developers to ensure proper integration. Analyze and enhance performance by conducting UX/UI audits and proposing improvements, and leverage usage data and competitive insights to inform product evolution. Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams and assist with the production rollout of new features. You will operate in a dynamic environment where marketing needs demand responsiveness and ongoing innovation. Tools used include Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications: You are pursuing a Bac+3 or higher in Design, UX/UI Design or equivalent; a Master’s degree is appreciated. Strong proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping) and comfort creating reusable mockups and components.
