You will drive the ongoing evolution of products by incorporating user feedback, usage data, and new insights. You will understand the underlying business context of requirements, explore multiple solutions, surface their trade-offs, and refine them with business, product, and engineering stakeholders. You will use concepts, user flows, prototypes, and interfaces to make ideas tangible early, gather feedback, and prepare data-driven decisions. You will work closely with engineering to validate feasibility, consider dependencies, and factor in existing components during the design process. You will collaborate with other designers on the design system, component library, and UX/UI standards to ensure the eplix Suite is experienced as a consistent, cross-application platform. You will stay abreast of current trends in UX, UI, and product design and assess AI-assisted approaches and design-to-code tools where they can improve product quality, collaboration, or velocity.
