Philips is seeking a UX Designer to join the Sleep & Respiratory Care Experience Design team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping products that improve the way people sleep, breathe, and live. Envision and deliver solutions that align with business goals while providing safe, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. Conduct and lead analysis of user needs; create frameworks and interaction concepts across domains; define the role of the product within a broader ecosystem; establish design principles, experience requirements, and guide teams with clarity and accuracy. Work with a cross-functional product development team, collaborating with Marketing to verify experiences with customers and patients, and with R&D and developers to ensure feasibility and effective implementation.
