About the role

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to lead cross-functional project execution and roadmap delivery for its Marketing Technology organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical program management, Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder management, and roadmap execution, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for strategic marketing technology initiatives. - Drive roadmap operationalization by translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans and milestones. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, project reviews, and cross-functional program meetings. - Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. - Coordinate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Decision Scientists, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders. - Maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and communication materials to ensure transparency across teams. - Monitor project progress, manage changing priorities, and adjust execution plans to support evolving business needs. - Foster alignment across geographically distributed teams while ensuring consistent communication and execution. - Support the delivery of centralized reporting initiatives that improve marketing performance, brand sentiment, a
