RTB House is a next-generation demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI to help brands grow. We operate in 90+ markets and offer end-to-end DL-powered AdTech products to maximize conversions, drive new customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term demand. In 2026 we launched rtb.com, a self-service platform for small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget. Our Nordics team consists of over ten people and plays a key role in our growth. The Technical Account Management team collaborates with sales and account managers to seamlessly integrate clients' e-commerce sites and mobile apps while optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals.

You Will: - Launch advertising campaigns (verify tracking code, supervise asset creation, and analyze product feeds) - Monitor ongoing campaigns and make adjustments to meet objectives - Translate business objectives into technical deliverables and fix issues proactively - Collaborate closely with account managers and sales to deliver high standards of customer service
Desired Experience: - Proven experience in tech support, analytics, and campaign optimization within digital marketing - Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and navigating CSV/TSV and XML files - Understanding of URL anatomy; basic regex knowledge is a plus - Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and MMP dashboards -
