The Team Lead will supervise team members, uphold service standards, ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines, and support inventory management, training, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include supervising staff during shifts, coaching performance, addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints professionally, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with scheduling and workforce planning, and collaborating with management on process improvements and promotional initiatives. The role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods, frequent bending and walking, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Requirements include prior supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service, knowledge of sanitation regulations, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and a food handler certification.
