This fully remote role partners with clients to develop creative recruitment sourcing strategies, proactively sources passive candidates, builds a diverse pipeline, and screens and qualifies candidates through behavioral interviewing and skill assessments. You will use ATS and other systems to track sourcing activity, manage candidate data, and submit qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team against defined job descriptions. Requirements include 3+ years of recruiting experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree and management experience are considered a plus.
