Role: Talent Acquisition Consultant (six-month fixed-term, full-time) to own end-to-end hiring across GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A, while building pipelines, market knowledge, and the hiring infrastructure that will extend beyond the contract.

What you’ll be doing: - Run full recruitment cycles from intake to close - Own requisitions end-to-end: intake, role scoping, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close - Manage a live requisition load across GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A - Keep hiring managers accountable to timelines, feedback loops, and a consistent process - Source directly via outbound, referrals, communities, and networks - Build pipelines for roles coming in the next 6–12 months - Write outreach that gets replies and represent our story credibly to senior candidates across our Sydney, Melbourne, and New York markets - Market mapping and talent intelligence: map target markets and benchmark compensation, seniority bands, and competitiveness - Turn insights into recommendations to the executive team, including when to adjust scope or hiring decisions - Talent operations and executive partnership: work with the exec team on priorities,
