Champion Window is seeking an experienced Sunroom Sales Representative to join our phenomenally successful team. This in-home sales position offers leads provided, no cold calling, paid training, and a robust benefits package. Responsibilities include conducting in-home presentations, identifying customer needs, presenting Champion’s sunroom solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the sale. You will participate in daily coaching sessions, receive pre-qualified appointments, and have access to ongoing sales training. Requirements include proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Travel within the assigned territory and a valid driver's license are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree or sales certifications are a plus. Experience in home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, or outdoor living sales is preferred.
