We operate a global platform that manages the full lifecycle of IT equipment for distributed companies: procurement, deployment, retrieval, redeployment, and retirement. The role is hands-on and impactful: you’ll set technical direction for our core platform and API, write code, and influence architecture, reliability, and developer experience as we scale. We are an AI-native company; every engineer works with Claude Code daily, and AI agents are a central part of how we build software. Engineers own problems end to end—from customer need through design, build, test, and production—with short cycle times and continuous deployment.

Who you'll work with: report to the VP of Engineering, a veteran leader with experience at Instagram, joining a small, fast-growing team with real customers and a product that ships.

What we need from you: deep TypeScript experience, production-grade Node (NestJS) and React, and comfort with AWS in production. You’ve built scalable systems with external integrations and asynchronous workflows, and you understand data consistency across services. You’ll be building software with AI agents and should have opinions on how to do it well. Strong product judgment to translate customer problems into shipped solutions.

Nice to have: experience with event-driven architectures (SQS, EventBridge), logistics or marketplaces, and mentoring engineers.
